Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide prompt, attentive service.
• Describe menu items and answer questions from guests.
• Take orders and process payments at the counter and drive-thru accurately and quickly.
• Work with urgency to keep lines moving and guests satisfied.
• Be a team player, helping coworkers and guests as needed.
• Deliver food orders while engaging guests in a fun, upbeat manner.
• Take catering and take-out orders over the phone.
• Verify online, catering, and phone orders for accuracy, accept payments, and assist with planning events (21+ for alcohol).
