Price Chopper is seeking a reliable Customer Service / Cash Office Clerk to support front-end operations and cash office duties with precision. You will deliver exceptional guest service, manage cash handling tasks, and help ensure accurate store transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, trustworthy, and enjoy teamwork. Prior grocery/retail experience is preferred, and you will collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, compliant checkout area.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional service and resolve guest questions or concerns.
• Count drawers, prepare deposits, verify cash balances, and maintain records.
• Follow cash handling procedures for accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Operate cash registers to process transactions (cash, credit, digital payments).
• Scan items, verify pricing, and ensure accurate totals while keeping checkout fast.
