Price Chopper, part of Balls Food Stores, is seeking a reliable cashier to provide a smooth checkout experience and guest-focused service at our Grandview location. You’ll help create a positive shopping environment through friendly interactions and product awareness.

You will scan purchases, process various payments, stay informed on promotions, assist guests with product recommendations, and keep the front-end area clean and organized. A HS diploma or GED and flexible scheduling are preferred.

• Stay informed on promotions, pricing, and store initiatives to support sales.
• Engage with guests to answer questions, make product suggestions, and meet their needs.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to support front-end operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout and front-end area.
• Stock, face, and assist with product placement as needed.
• Operate POS systems, scanners, and related equipment accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels near checkout areas and report issues.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with bagging, restocking, cleaning, and supporting other departments.
• Remain productive during slower periods by supporting store presentation and guest experience improvements.
