Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member in Winchester, CA to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warmth and care in every interaction. You will connect with guests, help ensure top-quality food, and support daily bakery-cafe operations across the team, from production to drive-thru.

You will greet guests warmly, assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, and assist across different service areas.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirement (16+)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Clear communication in a loud environment
• Food safety training (Food Handler's Card) as required by law
• Food service experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Execute duties across Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC as assigned
• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm
• Assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment following food safety standards
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties for next shift
