Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Pflugerville, Texas is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support daily operations by preparing food and beverages, taking drive-thru and front-counter orders, and delivering friendly guest service. You will work in a fast-paced team environment, follow brand standards, and maintain a clean workstation.

Requirements include being at least 18 years old and having a HS diploma or GED preferred. No prior experience required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
Follow food safety standards.
Prepare food and beverages.
Assemble and package orders.
Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation.
Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
Serve and communicate with guests.
Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
