Job summary

Arbor Lodging is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to oversee the setup, service, and takedown of the breakfast buffet for hotel guests. You will maintain dining spaces, assist with seating, deliver items, and ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness across the breakfast area.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, knowing menu items, stocking the buffet, and handling guest requests with a hospitable attitude in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Hotel or restaurant service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage Service.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area during meal service.
• Welcome and provide personalized service to all guests.
• Assist guests by helping them to their seats.
• Tend to hotel guest needs and requests.
• Have knowledge of restaurant’s menu items and beverage choices.
• Prepare foods in line with brand standards.
• Ensure breakfast items are replenished and presented appealingly.
• Maintain cleanliness of buffet area and workspaces.
