Job summary

LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to provide exceptional service to guests during breakfast hours. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, food preparation, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked breakfast area.

Responsibilities include setting up the breakfast bar, inventory, food prep, service, and adherence to brand standards. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Training and development opportunities are offered alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Providing personalized service to all guests.
• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar as required by brand standards.
• Taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies for each day.
• Preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrates.
• Stocking coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers.
• Setting up serving dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and other paper products.
• Arranging cold foods such as pastries and cereals.
• Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated.
• Preparing and setting up hot food items.
• Following menu requirements as provided by the brand.
• Wiping up spills and keeping breakfast area clean.
• Restocking items consistently for the next day.
• Washing serving equipment and returning to storage.
• Returning reusable supplies to storage.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.
