Job summary

Reid's Fine Foods Bartenders are friendly, outgoing, and possess excellent communication skills. Guest experience is critical to our continued success, and you will play a major role in the overall quality of that experience.

Your individual personality should shine through in order to thrill our guests. Responsibilities include monitoring alcohol consumption to ensure safety, engaging guests promptly, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods.
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control alcohol consumption from our guests to ensure guest safety.
• Communicate and attend to our guests in a timely manner. Create a fun welcoming atmosphere for guest.
• Work with others to keep all areas clean and always stocked to company standards.
