Job summary

LAZ Parking in Austin, TX is hiring Valet Attendants to warmly greet guests, park and retrieve cars, and assist customers in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Join our team for a flexible schedule, paid training, and the chance to earn great tips daily. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $400, a $200 referral bonus for each successful hire, and benefits through LAZ Benefits with health coaching and EAP resources.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old
• Hold a valid 2‑year driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong customer service experience
• Parking and/or hospitality industry experience preferred but not required (paid training)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
• Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the shift

A LAZ Valet Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first person our clients and customers see upon arrival, and the last person our clients & customers see when they depart. A warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor are of the utmost importance.

Valet Requirements:

Must be 18 years old.

Have a valid at 2-year driver license held.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Strong customer service experience.

Parking and/or hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required. (Paid Training)
