• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
• Engages with guests and provides clear, pleasant communication to identify and respond to needs
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
• Make decisions to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
• Monitors the operation of the F&B outlet and assists the manager in solving guest issues
