Description

What You’ll Do

At Denny’s our Servers create the experience—not just deliver the food.

• Welcome every guest with energy and set the tone for a great visit
• Take accurate orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen
• Deliver food and drinks quickly, correctly, and with attention to detail
• Guide guests through the menu with confident recommendations and suggestions
• Use smart upselling to highlight specials, combos, and guest favorites
• Ask the right questions to enhance the experience and increase check average
• Introduce guests to the Denny’s Rewards Program and its benefits
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and ready for the next guest
• Process payments efficiently (cash, card, digital)
• Work as part of a team with both FOH and BOH to keep service running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or in a guest-facing role preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence engaging with guests, making recommendations, and upselling
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Must be 18+ with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
