Carter's is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. Welcome customers, demonstrate product styles and features, and help families prepare for everyday moments with our baby essentials.

You will handle omnichannel tasks as needed, complete POS transactions, restock floors, and keep the store clean and secure while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
• Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
