Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with courteous, informed service aligned with the Association's mission.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain organized, attractive merchandise displays and ensure products are stocked and presented.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and support basic inventory control.
• Respond to inquiries and issues professionally and timely.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support sales goals, daily operations, and events.
• Support retail initiatives including the Official White House Ornament.
