Job summary

Pine Mountain Ski & Golf Resort in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula is seeking a reliable laundry attendant to keep guest linens clean and fresh. You will wash, iron, press, and fold linens while talking with guests to make them feel at ease.

The role requires lifting 20 pounds regularly, experience with commercial laundry products, and strong teamwork. Starting wage is $16 hourly with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial laundry products.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds regularly.
• 1+ years in laundry attendant or similar.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Place all laundry in the washer and add the cleaning agents as directed.
• Take out the clothes and linens after washing and dry them following the manufacturer's recommendations.
• Verify that all laundry equipment is in good working order and alert the facilities manager of any repair needs.
• Look at all of your linens and treat any stains that you find.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are in stock and indicate any shortages to the general manager.
