Job summary

Greek Brothers seeks a friendly Cashier / Counter & Waitstaff Team Member to be the face of the restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and deliver food with hospitality, ensuring a smooth dining experience from entry to exit.

You will work closely with the kitchen and management, juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining room and providing excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or customer service is a plus, but training is provided.
• Positive, energetic attitude and genuine hospitality.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork mindset.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcomes: greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Order management: take orders at the counter or tableside and answer menu questions.
• Transaction processing: operate the POS to process cash and card payments.
• Food service: deliver food and beverages to tables meeting high standards.
• Dining room maintenance: keep dining area, counter, and restrooms clean and stocked.
• To-go orders: accurately package takeout and delivery orders.
• Team support: collaborate with kitchen and management for fast, quality service.
