Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is hiring cashiers to greet guests, operate the cash register, and help maintain displays in our stores across Montana. You will support replenishment, assist customers, and strive to meet daily sales goals while delivering friendly service.

We value teamwork and flexibility, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays. A background check is required, and the position offers the chance to grow within ESGW's retail operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making.
• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
