The role includes stocking, keeping areas neat, and supporting other retail tasks. You should be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making.
• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Must be able to use hands for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests; maintain displays and keep the store neat and clean.
• Help replenish stock and remove merchandise from the sales floor as needed.
• Strive to meet daily sales goals; follow ESGW Best Practices.
• Be cross-trained to assist in all aspects of retail operations.
