Job summary

Shaner Hotels operates Toftrees Golf Resort in State College, PA. This on-site role supports the Food & Beverage team across our 102-room resort, delivering warm hospitality and award-winning guest experiences.

You will assist servers, maintain table and service area cleanliness, stock wares, and communicate with managers and staff to ensure smooth service during weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations and/or hospitality training.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions for guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist Server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment.
• Stock wares and equipment needed for service.
