Anchor Point Management Group is hiring for a front desk associate at our National City center in National City, CA. The role combines guest service with sales, handling check-ins, reservations, and product education to drive revenue.

The position offers hourly pay with bonuses, and requires strong communication, a sales-driven mindset, and availability evenings/weekends. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote services, products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations: check-ins/outs, reservations, confirmations, cash handling, inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, center appearance.
