Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, or 1-2 years related experience, and involves selling wax passes, educating guests on products, and maintaining the center’s appearance and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or one - two years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Selling wax passes.
• Opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Managing the flow of guests in and out of the center and assisting with questions as needed.
• Educating guests on European Wax Center's product portfolio, Strut 365™ and demonstrating products on guests, and benefits and savings of Wax Passes and consistency with waxing.
• Maintaining the front of the center, including restocking product shelves and refilling brochure and card holders.
• Educating guests on current in-center promotions.
• Checking their schedule on a weekly basis.
• Arriving to work on time wearing the appropriate dress code and name tag.
• Following all corporate policies and procedures.
• Participating in community events and street team marketing when requested.
• Participating in weekly Strut Sessions (if not scheduled, attend at least 1 per month).
• Participating on Strut Bloomfire by commenting on questions and posts.
• Creating a memorable guest experience by utilizing EWC terminology and tailoring scripts and standard responses.
• Maintaining and exceeding center and individual goals.
• Center cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.
