Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts.
• Maintain safe, professional demeanor while operating vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and guests with warmth and hospitality.
• Provide safe shuttle transportation for drop-off and pick-up.
• Park, relocate, and monitor vehicles with attention to safety.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, fueling, and basic maintenance checks.
• Keep shuttle vehicles clean and well-organized for a comfortable experience.
• Transport laboratory specimens and materials between facilities securely and confidentially.
• Maintain accurate mileage, trip, and maintenance records.
• Assist with stocking supplies and other operational needs as required.
• Report any vehicle concerns or safety hazards promptly to leadership.
• Support teammates and contribute to a hospitality-driven culture.
