Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a guest-focused Valet Attendant to greet guests at the hotel entrance and assist with luggage, parking, and transportation needs. The role emphasizes safe vehicle handling, professional guest service, and collaboration with hotel teams to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; hotel or related field preferred.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record.
• At least two years of driving experience preferred.
• Heavy work with lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Stand at attention at the hotel entrance.
• Open doors and greet guests with a smile on arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage to curbside and direct them to front desk or other areas.
• Valet guests' cars and ensure keys are safe and secure.
• Assist guests with directions and transportation as required.
• Retrieve vehicles efficiently and assist guests into the vehicle.
• Monitor porte cochere traffic and keep area clean.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
