Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking a Valet Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service at hotel properties. You will assist guests, handle vehicles, and help with luggage in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The role requires good English communication, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license, with opportunities to advance to supervisory paths and participate in Forbes standards training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior valet experience preferred.
• Strong guest service skills and clear English communication are essential.
• Must have a valid driver's license and driving experience as described.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage.
• Retrieving vehicles in a timely manner and extending a friendly welcome to hotel guests.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain a polished appearance.
