Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking a Valet Attendant to join the Memphis Riverline Hotel team. You will warmly greet guests, open doors, assist with coats and luggage, and share information about local attractions to create a memorable arrival and departure experience.

Join a family-operated company with 65+ years in the parking industry. This 2nd shift role (3:00pm–11:00pm) in Memphis emphasizes professional appearance, safe vehicle handling, and teamwork with hotel staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and, preferably, manual-transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome arriving and departing guests.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors and assist guests with coats and luggage.
• Provide helpful information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, entertainment, and points of interest.
• Provide thoughtful assistance to guests with special needs or disabilities.
• Create a welcoming, memorable experience from arrival to departure.
• Safely handle guest vehicles and complete valet tickets accurately.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously.
• Maintain vehicle keys in a secure, organized manner.
• Treat every guest vehicle with care and respect.
• Represent AAA Parking professionally and proudly.
• Keep the valet area clean, organized, safe, and inviting.
• Be a team player and coordinate with hotel staff for smooth arrivals and departures.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly.
