Job summary

Rock City Gardens Admissions Partner at Rock City Gardens serves as an initial contact for guests, handling ticket sales, annual pass processing, and courteous guest interactions at the Ticket Desk and Cornerstone Gift Shop.

Under supervision, this role supports delivering memories worth repeating by ensuring accurate transactions and clear communication while upholding Rock City Enterprises’ culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Willingness to receive training and learn Rock City Gardens’ systems and procedures.
• Strong verbal communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service at ticket desk and gift shop.
• Process ticket sales and annual pass transactions accurately.
• Educate guests on Annual Pass program and complete sales as appropriate.
• Perform cashier responsibilities in accordance with cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready work area.
