This is a fast-paced role with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Ability to communicate in English (reading, speaking, understanding).
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for guest services systems.
• Stay calm in fast-paced environments and handle guest concerns.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets, season passes, and parking to arriving guests.
• Accurately scan and validate tickets and season passes.
• Process season passes and operate computer systems with picture-taking capabilities.
• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and courtesy standards.
• Resolve guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain performance standards and assist with other duties as assigned.
