Job summary

Noodles & Company in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Team Member to join our friendly crew. You will greet guests, take orders, and help prepare and serve food, contributing to a positive guest experience throughout your shift.

This role may include cook, cashier, and/or server duties. Must be 16 or older, work nights, weekends, and holidays. Free shift meal provided. Join a team that values care, pride, passion, and love of life.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow policies including cash handling and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches.
