Southern Rock Restaurants is hiring for multiple hourly roles at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Indiana. The team member will participate in food runner, busser, dishwasher, prep cook, and line cook duties, supporting guest service and kitchen operations.

Positions involve maintaining sanitation and safety standards, restocking supplies, and assisting management as needed. This is an entry-level, hourly role with opportunities to learn in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsabilités

• Delivers orders to guests in the dining room and ensures they have what they need.
• Refills drinks and responds to guest requests after the food has been delivered.
• Adheres to sanitation and safety policies to protect establishment and guests.
• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning tables and chairs.
• Maintains table setting and station cleanliness, including sweeping floors and removing trash.
• Cleans and sanitizes kitchen areas; assists with restocking and basic dish duties.
• Reads orders and assists with preparing and stocking food items as directed by management.
