Job summary

Fuku is seeking Team Members to be the heart of our brand, delivering energy, care, and memorable moments across front and back of house. You will be cross-trained on all stations, prepare items to recipe standards, maintain safety and cleanliness, and help guests enjoy exceptional hospitality with friendly service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read, follow, and execute recipes accurately.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, food preparation, safety and sanitation.
• Open availability with weekends preferred and consistent weekly hours.
• Experience in fast casual or customer service is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items following recipes and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of BOH and FOH areas.
• Greet guests and provide attentive service.
• Ensure menu knowledge and allergen awareness in FOH.
• Deliver orders to guests with speed and accuracy.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures.
