Job summary

Panera Bread in Fresno, CA is looking for a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, greeting guests, preparing fresh items, and delivering warm service in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

You will work across areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, and drive-thru, staying active, maintaining clean safety standards, and supporting your teammates with a positive attitude and reliable, flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Able to clearly communicate with guests, managers, and team members in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy making people smile.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic food safety training and knowledge (Food Handler's Card).
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm at all times.
• Assist in assembling salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Move efficiently to assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
