Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member in Visalia, CA. You will be the heart of hospitality, greeting guests warmly, assembling fresh menu items, and helping across service areas with a positive attitude.

You will operate in a fast-paced bakery-cafe, maintaining cleanliness and food safety while supporting team success. Prior food service experience is helpful, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Able to communicate clearly in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy making people smile.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assist with assembly of fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with accuracy.
• Move between entry, cashier, and dining areas to help guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following safety standards.
• Assist with cleaning and stocking duties and setup for the next shift.
