Chick-fil-A in Alabama is hiring both full-time and part-time Team Members who are hardworking, friendly, and honest. Team Members support guests while gaining life experience in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

You will greet guests, take orders, prepare food, and ensure quality standards while representing the Chick-fil-A brand. COR Restaurant Services, LLC operates this location on behalf of Chick-fil-A, Inc.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm.
• Assist in kitchen roles while maintaining standards for food safety, quality, and speed of service.
• Take orders, explain menu items, and respond to changes quickly.
• Prepare food items for cooking.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
• Fry, bake, or cook food items.
• Ensure guest complaints are resolved promptly and properly.
• Wrap and package food for final assembly.
• Ensure experiences align with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the restaurant.
• Assist in opening and/or closing procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests, fellow team members, and leaders.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
