Panera Bread is looking for a Restaurant Team Member in Columbia, MO. You will greet guests, assemble fresh food with care, and support the team across production, service, and drive‑thru areas to deliver warm, efficient hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to clearly communicate in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Handler's Card required by law.
• No prior food service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties for production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience, QC, etc.
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Stay on the move and assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Be informed about daily priorities and adapt with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
