Panera Bread in Menifee, CA is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality. You’ll greet guests with warmth, assemble fresh salads, soups and sandwiches, and help deliver great experiences in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $20.00–$23.00 per hour, paid vacation and holidays for full-time team members, and a range of benefits including insurance and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety understanding and training (Food Handler's Card) where required.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties for areas within the bakery-cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC).
• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
• Stay on the move assisting guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and setting up the next shift.
