Job summary

A flexible schedule including mornings and evenings is required, and you must be at least 16 years old. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure a clean, welcoming store and contribute to day-making experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing relationships with guests and anticipating needs.
• Hand crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOPs.
• Heats, prepares, and serves food offerings to SOPs.
• Takes guest orders, manages cash drawer, and follows cash handling policies.
• Maintains the look and feel of a well-run store with cleanliness and organization.
