Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Experience with POS systems, especially Toast, is a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required; cross-training in all dining room and retail areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the visit.
• Receive food orders for your station and prep ingredients per request.
• Anticipate guest needs and note preferences; maintain knowledge of menu items.
• Handle guest situations with empathy and escalate to a manager when needed.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures and daily checklists.
