Qualifications

• Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful; comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Understands and communicates clearly in English; may require ability to speak another language based on location.
• Ability to read and understand written English, perform basic math, multitask, and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service for dine-in and drive-thru, including order taking and greeting guests.
• Enter orders in POS system, collect payment, and make change; ensure accuracy and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness inside and outside; stock and organize work areas.
• Assist with food preparation and assembly; ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Keep equipment and work stations clean and properly maintained.
