Popeyes - 13691 - Citrus Heights is seeking a Team Member who thrives on delivering friendly guest experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare and package food, and help keep the restaurant clean and inviting.

You should be comfortable in a fast-paced setting, able to interact professionally with guests and coworkers, and willing to learn all areas of restaurant operations, including working multiple stations. Availability on evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Check food quality and food temperature throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of Popeyes.
