Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers is seeking a Team Member to join our operations team. You’ll help prepare and serve our signature items with quality and accuracy, maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant, and ensure every guest experiences genuine hospitality.

Team Members are trained to work as part of a team, may be assigned to Coldline or Hotline tasks, and will contribute to a great guest experience through teamwork and dedication to Freddy’s Way.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must follow all food safety and sanitation expectations.
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Must have teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service through a positive attitude, order accuracy and hospitality.
• Prepare and serve Freddy’s signature items with quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant and workstation.
• Work with teammates to ensure efficient operations and great guest experience.
