Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member in Clinton, MD to deliver friendly service in our 24/7 convenience store environment. You’ll engage guests, handle transactions, restock, and maintain a clean, welcoming store.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, retail experience, flexibility including nights and weekends, and the ability to pass background and drug checks. ServSafe or POS familiarity are a plus, and team members enjoy strong benefits for part-time roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to guests with a smile and accurate transactions.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays organized and accessible.
• Maintain a clean, pristine store interior and exterior including restrooms and parking areas.
• Support the team by helping with cashiering and porter duties as needed.
• Follow company policies for cash handling and recording.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Service : Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked : Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store : Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team : Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care : Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
