Job summary

You will complete CSCU training to flawlessly execute duties and uphold the 10 Non-Negotiable Behaviors, contributing to a friendly, efficient dining experience. As a Team Member, you will greet guests, maintain clean work areas, monitor product quality, and ensure safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Offer every guest a superb experience that creates a lasting memory and greet guests.
• Support and assist fellow team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to CSC standards.
• Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly in accordance with CSC standards.
• Restock work area before leaving shift.
• Adhere to Company uniform and grooming standards.
• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Report problems to the supervisor promptly.
• Complete other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure promotions and marketing plans are presented according to procedures during the morning shift.
• Ensure restaurant hours are maintained during the shift.
• Comply with safety and sanitation procedures and regulations.
