Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is looking for a Team Member to work across Service, Sandwich Line, and Production areas. You will complete CSCU training and uphold the 10 Non-Negotiable Behaviors while ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting teammates, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and accurately preparing and serving CSC recipes. Prior retail/food experience is a plus; must be 16+.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver superb experience to create a lasting memory.
• Support and assist fellow team members when possible.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area per CSC standards.
• Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of products and ingredients.
• Complete duties efficiently per CSC standards and restock as needed.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards and attend meetings.
• Report equipment or supply issues to supervisor promptly.
• Handle line prep and production tasks per CSC recipes and portions.
• Operate POS system and handle cash or card transactions.
• Assist with dining room service and restock beverage stations and restrooms.
• Maintain proper product temperatures and portion control.
• Close line kitchen and assist with closing duties.
