Job summary

Target in Idaho is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to guide hourly team members, ensure guest experience commitments, and manage daily operations. You will lead guest services at the store, train staff, and support store goals while delivering friendly, efficient service.

This full-time role offers hourly pay range of $20.75 to $35.25, plus competitive benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off for eligible teammates and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of hourly team members including interviewing, coaching and retention.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store goals and keep operations running smoothly.
