Job summary

Krueger's Tavern, part of the Thunderdome Restaurant Group, is seeking support team members to enhance the guest experience. Roles include bar backs, hosts, food runners and server assistants, with movement and lifting up to 50 pounds required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and move quickly.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable about our food and beverage offerings.
• Maintains a clean and professional appearance.
• Maintains a safe and clean environment for guests and team.
• Greets our guests, answers phones and makes reservations.
• Assists with carry out operations.
• Supports service team with clearing, cleaning and resetting of tables.
• Supports bar team with bar prep, stocking the bar and cleaning glassware.
• Handles guests' requests and complaints professionally and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Maintains a positive and cooperative team environment.
