Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with demonstrated leadership in patient and guest services.
• Virginia Driver's License (VADL) required.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold service standards for every guest interaction.
• Directly supervise Patient Lodging and Support Services Specialists and provide coaching.
• Oversee daily operations of the Hospitality House and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance.
