• Host games with energy, keeping the mood fun and inclusive for every group
• Maintain a spotless, organized, and guest-ready environment at all times
• Handle questions and concerns quickly, making sure guests leave impressed
• Support the venue manager in motivating, training, and coaching the team
• Open or close the venue confidently, ensuring all operational steps are completed
