Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in lodging required.
• Guest service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to use Windows-based software and hotel PMS systems.
• Knowledge of Williams area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Front Desk Management as acting manager on duty.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in training front desk staff using established manuals.
• Perform duties of Guest Service Agent and Night Audit when needed.
• Assist in scheduling and labor management to fit business needs.
• Ensure adherence to lodging standards of appearance and conduct.
• Manage tours, VIP handling, and room inspections for arrivals.
