Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years in guest service, hospitality, attractions, or similar.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate tasks to Guest Services staff.
• Ensure show readiness and guest spaces are clean and presentable.
• Coach staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Manage schedules, cash handling, and daily financial reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Events, Facilities, Security, and F&B for events.
• Maintain safety, courtesy, show, and efficiency standards.
