Qualifications

• Two or four-year degree in horticulture or biological sciences.
• Minimum 2-5 years of supervisory experience in horticulture, landscaping, or botanical gardens preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of paid experience in horticulture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize the team’s daily goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership for the horticulture team including scheduling, development, and project management.
• Maintain horticulture certifications and permits.
• Collaborate with other departments and contractors to meet core responsibilities.
• Develop standards for plant care, yield, and sustainability.
• Ensure records, equipment, and spaces are clean and well-maintained.
