Job summary

Innisfree Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee the Front Office team and ensure smooth guest experiences at Bikini Beach Resort PCB. You will coordinate check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, and support reservations in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; hospitality industry preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English well to communicate with guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office team to ensure efficient operations.
• Answer inquiries and handle reservations with courtesy.
• Use upselling techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Support training and development of Front Desk staff.
• Ensure safety, policy knowledge, and smooth guest check-in/check-out processes.
